From first visit to first day
Five steps, no application fee, and a straight answer about space rather than a form that disappears.
Book a tour
Half an hour, during operating hours, with your child if you can bring them. You see the room they would be in and meet the educator who works in it.
Tell us what you need
Which days, when you would want to start, and anything about your child we should know before they arrive. There is no application fee.
We confirm a space, or tell you where you are
If a space exists in the right room we will say so. If there is not one, you get a straight answer about the waitlist rather than being kept warm.
Paperwork and a settling plan
Immunisation record, emergency contacts, authorized pickup list, allergies and medical notes. Then we agree the gradual first week together.
First day
Short, and earlier in the week rather than a Friday. You will get a message once your child has settled.

What the fee includes
Meals and snacks are included, with one exception.
Infants up to 14 months bring food from home. At that age the allergy risk is highest and the safest thing is food you have prepared yourself.
Fee terms
$200 deposit
Due with your application, and refunded once you have completed the 30 days notice period.
$100 registration
A one-off registration fee. This one is non-refundable.
Monthly fees
Due within the first five working days of each month.
Subsidy is available
We will give you the information and help you through the application when you ask.
Current fees, and subsidy
Fee amounts per room are not printed here, because they move with the provincial affordability grant and a number that was right last year is worse than no number. Phone and ask: we will tell you the fee, what the grant brings it down to, and what is included, without needing your email address first.
The waitlist
Waitlists move differently in each room and change month to month, so any number printed here would be out of date by the time you read it. Ask on your tour and you will get the current position for your child's age, including whether it is worth waiting.
