Terms

Short and straightforward, covering what a tour booking means for you and for us.

What this covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the enrolment agreement. If your child attends the centre, that relationship is governed by the agreement you sign at the centre, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Booking a tour

A tour requested through this site is confirmed once we email you to say so, and that email is your appointment.

A tour is simply an introduction, with no fee and no obligation on either side. Reserving a space is a separate step you take whenever you are ready.

We may decline or move a tour request, most often because the time you picked has already gone. If we do, we will offer you an alternative.

If your plans change, a little notice lets us offer your time to another family.

Accuracy of what is on this site

We keep this site current, though programs, fees and availability do change over time. Anything you are told at the centre in writing takes precedence over what you read here.

Where this site describes how we do something, that is what we intend and expect. If anything you see on a tour differs, please do tell us.

Information you give us

Please give us accurate information, particularly about your child's age, allergies and medical needs. We plan around what you tell us.

Please only submit information about a child you are the parent or guardian of.

How we handle what you submit is set out on the privacy page.

Using the site

Please use this site as it is intended. Attempts to overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to it or its administration area are not permitted; submissions are rate limited and abusive traffic is blocked.

The text, illustrations and design on this site belong to the centre. You are welcome to link to any page.

Availability

We keep this site running as reliably as we can. If you ever cannot reach it and you need us, please phone the centre.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Questions about any of this

Phone +1 (403) 764-3544. We would rather explain it than have you agree to something you have not read.
