A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and have been asked a lot about them ever since. So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! Where did you get them?

Placed my order on April 28th and they were delivered by the 30th, so the shipping was lightning fast .
How expensive are they?
When I bought my pair in April, I paid just under $390, but their standard price is around $514.

How does the sizing run?
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a EU 36.
They haven’t stretched noticeably, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up a size
Is the comfort worth it?
They only needed minimal break-in time..
How durable are they?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they still look great. The laces are intact, and the structure feels strong. Because they already look worn, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
How do they compare to other sneakers?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They include a built-in arch bump that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is unique. And the glitter on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.
Are they worth it?
Totally! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale. They’re not cheap, so getting them discounted is smarter. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. Mine have pink glitter, but a neutral version would also be smart.
